Segur de Calafell is a development which belongs to the town of Calafell, Baix Penedès. Created from the innovative idea in Spain to create a "Garden City", but after many changes, has ended by becoming one of the largest estates in Europe, creating both a vibrant residential area as well as excellent facilities for vacations and relaxation . Well located. Segur de Calafell is very large community, within the mountain area, and most new houses are out of the sea and services. This house is not, and a car is not essential.
Frontage of green pine trees. No further construction is allowed in the area for several reasons: through the centre of the town passes a stream, the city has constructed a building to distribute drinking water - the building is not in front of the house.

It is a private area enclosed by barriers with remote control access for residents. It is a private street, no traffic, no parking outside the house. Children can play safely.
