Segur de Calafell is a development which belongs to the town of Calafell, Baix Penedès. Well located. Segur de Calafell is very large community, within the mountain area, and most new houses are out of the sea and services. This house is not, and a car is not essential.
Frontage of green pine trees. No further construction is allowed in the area for several reasons: through the centre of the town passes a stream, the city has constructed a building to distribute drinking water - the building is not in front of the house.

It is a private area enclosed by barriers with remote control access for residents. It is a private street, no traffic, no parking outside the house. Children can play safely.
