A well equipped and furnished modern apartment with full sun roof/ terrace and bbq just one second walk from the port and beaches of Colonia de Sant Jordi.
Colonia de Sant Jordi is the end point of Es Trenc beach - the most beautiful virgin beach in Mallorca. You can also visit the Natural park on the island of Cabrera by boat or visit the new local aquarium showing all local species of water life.
Restaurants and cafe-bars are in abundance in Colonia de Sant Jordi as well as the surrounding villages of Campos, Ses Salines, Santanyi, Sa Rapita and the Calas of Mallorca down to Cala D'Or you will be spoilt for choice for some great eating experiences.
The apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite with the master bedroom and third bedroom), compact open kitchen (American diner style with breakfast bar), lounge/ dining room and four terraces/balconies (three on the first floor outside the two bedrooms and the lounge - the third is the complete roof surface complete with teak table and chairs, bbq and lateral sea views).
The kitchen is equipped with Electric oven and vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster and spacious cupboard space. The bedrooms are master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double bed: second bedroom fitted with bunk beds and bathroom alongside; the third bedroom is on the second floor with double bed and sofa bed and en-suite bathroom and entrance to full roof terrace.
The apartment is available year round and rental price for high season is 1000€ per week. Rentals out of high season please contact our offices. A returnable security deposit per reservation/per week of 500€ is also required.
